Running the whole scope through one contractor removes the gaps between them.

We schedule the trades, order the materials, hold the permits where they apply, and stay accountable for the finished result. You have one number to call and one person answering for the work.

How a Nova Core project runs

1. You send the details

   Use the quote form or call 902-578-9949. Tell us what you are planning, roughly when you want it done, and anything you already know about the space.

2. We visit and measure

   A site visit anywhere in the HRM at no charge. We look at what is there, check what is behind the surfaces where we can, and talk through the options that fit your budget.

3. Written, itemized quote

   Line by line, with a start window and a build duration. If there are unknowns, they are named as unknowns rather than buried in a contingency.

4. We build it

   The crew shows up when we said, protects the house, keeps you updated as the work moves, and tidies the site daily.

5. Walkthrough and sign-off

   We walk the finished work with you and complete the punch list before the final invoice.
